I made this for the first time about a week ago. I had it at work quite a few times and I loved it. Now I'm not one for green peppers, but this soup changed all that. Try it, I think you'll like it!
Ingredients:
4 cups water
4 tbsp chicken boullion powder
2 potatoes shredded
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper(or any sweet pepper, red, yellow, etc)
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup water
6 cups milk
Directions:
1. Mix together 4 cups water, bouillon, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, and pepper; simmer for 20 minutes
2. In a separate bowl mix together flour, black pepper, 1 cup water and milk until smooth and add to the vegetables. Heat through and serve.
makes 7 servings...yummy yummy
