Coca-Cola Cake

2 cups unsifted flour
2 cups sugar
1 stick margarine
1 stick butter
1 cup coca cola
3 T cocoa
1 cup buttermilk
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp soda
1tsp vanilla
1/2 cup marshmallows

Combine flour, soda, and sugar. In pan, combine margarine, butter, cocoa, coca-cola. Bring to boil. Put marshmallows in and stir until partially melte. Pour over dry ingredients. Mix. Add remaining ingredients. Beat well. Pour into well-greased, floured pan and bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Icing

1 stick butter
3 T cocoa
6 T coca-cola

Boil. Add 1 box confectioners sugar. Then add one cup nuts (pecans are good) and extra marshmallows (optional) and spread on cake.

This is to die for. It freezes well also.
