Ingredients
2 lb meat
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp hickory Liquid Smoke
Procedure
Discard fat and slice into 1/4 inch strips. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 125 degrees F. Shake off excess liquid. Place on aluminum foil covered racks in oven, Do not overlap meat strips. Bake for 7 hours or until very dry. Leave oven door open until cold and then store in airtight jars, or place in deep freeze. Wrap well.
