2 egg whites
dash salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
Procedure
Beat egg whites with dash salt and vanilla till soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar; beating untiol stiff peaks form. Fold in coconut. Drop batter by rounded tsp onto greased cookie sheet, Bake in a slow oven (325 degrees) for about 20 min. Makes about 1.5 dozen.
