Zippy's Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients

Meatballs:

1 lb hamburger
1/4 cup chopped onion
OR
1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
crackers
dash salt
pepper
spices : suggestions: herb and garlic dip mix, beef and steak,
1/4 cup of: milk, or ketchup or bbq sauce or a combination
1 egg

Tomato sauce:

2 cans(small) tomato soup
1 can (small) crushed, diced or stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup celery
1 cup mushrooms (fresh or canned)
1 tsp ( or to taste) Cheese and Jalapeno Dip mix
1 tsp (or to taste) Sundried Tomato Dip Mix
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
1 tsp (or to taste) Herb and Garlic Dip Mix
1 tsp (or to taste) Salsa Dip Mix

Spaghetti

1 tbsp Pasta Seasoning


Procedure

Meat balls:

mix all ingredients together. Form into balls. Microwave 10 - 20 minutes

Tomato sauce:

Mix and cook while meatballs cooking. Add meatballs and cook for 20 minutes or to taste.

Cook spaghetti with the pasta seasoning.

Serve with the meatballs when spaghetti is cooked.
