To post anywhere on the site..you need to be a member. A general rule of thumb..if your cursor turns into a hand, then you can click on it (icons, words, etc)
To post a message:
1) Click on Reply or New Topic icons usually located at the top of the forum.
2) Type your message, making sure your topic title(for a new topic) is 10 characters or more (I'm not sure why this is, I'll look into it!) You can post links, use smilies and if you click on BBCode, you can use any of the editing forms seen along the top.
3) Click on send (or preview if you'd like to see what your message looks like before you post. Good way to edit any typos).
That's it. It's there for the world to see!
