    2 cups lukewarm water

    1 1/2 tbsp yeast

    2 beaten eggs

    6 cups flour

    2 1/4 tspsalt



Procedure



    mix yeast,water and sugar together, cover and let stand 10 min.  Mix and add 2 eggs to the yeast mixture. Mix the flour and salt to the mixture in a VERY large bowl and add the yeast mixture.  Knead for 3 min and let rise for 1 1/2 hours in a warm place

Ingredients



2 cup flour 1 egg, beaten



1/4 cup sugar 2/3 cup milk



4 tsp baking powder 1 cup well mashed banana



1/2 tspsalt 2 tbsp salad oil



Procedure



Sift dry ingredients into the mixing bowl.Make a well in center and add a combination of all remaining ingredients. Stir only until combined. Batter should be lumpy. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees @ 20 - 25 min.
