Ingredients



1/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup water

3 1/2 cups milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

marshmellows or whipped cream(optional)





Procedure



In a medium saucepan combine sugar and cocoa powder. Stir in water. Bring mixture to boiling, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 1 min more. Stir in milk. Heat just to boiling..DO NOT BOIL.
