This can be made in a slow cooker/Crock Pot or oven at 325 degrees



For 3-4 hours.



4 qts. Unsweetened applesauce



7 C. Granulated sugar



1-1/3 C. Brown sugar



5-1/3 T. Cider vinegar



5-1/3 T. Lemon juice



2 teaspoon. Cinnamon



2 teaspoon. Allspice



1 teaspoon. Ground cloves



Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker/Crock Pot or roasting pan.



Cover and cook 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove lid and continue

- 1lb to 1 1/2lb Pork Roast

- 1 can of cream of chicken soup

- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup

- 1 small bag of baby carrots (optional)

- 3 to 5 medium size potatoes cut up into bite size pieces (optional)





Directions

1. Spray the crockpot with Pam or other non stick spray.

2. Put the pork roast in the pot. (remove any string on the roast)

3. Put in your baby carrots.

4. Put in both your cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup.
