Ingredients

3/4 tsp sugar
2 cups lukewarm water
1 1/2 tbsp yeast
2 beaten eggs
6 cups flour
2 1/4 tspsalt

Procedure

mix yeast,water and sugar together, cover and let stand 10 min. Mix and add 2 eggs to the yeast mixture. Mix the flour and salt to the mixture in a VERY large bowl and add the yeast mixture. Knead for 3 min and let rise for 1 1/2 hours in a warm place

Cut dough in half. Spread out with fingertips into 2 greased pizza pans, add pizza ingredients and
bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
